Payment

1. What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept all type of credit and debit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
2. Is it safe to pay with my credit card?
- Our store is powered by Shopify and PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant by default. We do not store nor have access to any kind of private payment information. More information can be found on Shopify website. (https://www.shopify.com/security/pci-compliant)
3. Can I split my payment?
- Depending on your country you can use some of our provider options such as Klarna. You can check if you are eligible on the checkout page.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost?
- Depending on the country and shipping option the cost is calculated on the checkout page.
2. What countries do you ship your products to?
- We ship our products internationally.
3. How long does it take for products to arrive?
- Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Sweden: 1-2 working days, EU: 2-5 working days, Rest of Europe: 4-8 working days, Rest of the World: 4-10 working days.
4. I have received damaged product, what can I do?
- If you have received damaged product contact us within 24 hours in order to initiate the shipping insurance claim otherwise you may not be refunded for your order.
5. How long is processing time?
- Processing time is usually one day, if we have a lot of orders it may take up two days. Right now we have a pre-order so processing time is longer.

Updating Your Order

1. Can I cancel or edit my order?
- Yes you can cancel or edit your order if it is not yet shipped, otherwise you can send your order back and get refund.

Return Policy & Refunds

1. What is the return policy for international orders?
- You always have the right to return the order within 20 days if the product(s) is/are not used or damaged. You can inspect the product(s) and return it/them if not satisfied but you will have to cover shipping costs on your own.
2. What is your return & exchange policy?
- The same policies applies as for international orders.
3. How do I make a return or exchange?
- You can contact our customer support to get further instructions.
4. When can I expect my refund?
- After we receive and inspect the return product(s) we will process your refund immediately.
5. What happens if i don't pick up my order?
- If you don't pick up your order it will be returned to us. In that case you are responsible for paying shipping in both ways. Rest of the money will be refunded to your account.

1. Does your products come with warranty?
- All of our products come with one year limited warranty.
2. Where can I find more information about a specific product?
- Every product has detailed description about materials used on a corresponding product page.
3. I have received faulty product, what can I do?
- Faulty products are completely refunded and covered by our warranty policy. In that case we stand for the shipping costs and full refund or replacement of your product(s).
